CIANOTIPIAS:
Memorias de hoy reúne trozos de la cotidianidad de hoy plasmadas con una técnica de impresión fotográfica de ayer, la cianotipia.
Son fragmentos en tela y papel de personas, instantes, lugares y texturas impregnadas en azul Prusia.
El proceso de la cianotipia es uno de los más antiguos de la historia de la fotografía.
Se realizan cubriendo el papel de acuarela o la tela con un producto químico sensible a la luz que se expone directamente al sol varios minutos utilizando un negativo de fotografía para conseguir la mejor calidad de la imagen. La impresión se lava y fija para detener la reacción química y evitar el desvanecimiento.
De esta manera se obtiene una increíble imagen azul prusiana ... Sin ninguna tinta!

CYANOTYPES:
Today's memories brings together pieces of today's daily life shaped by a photographic printing technique of yesterday, cyanotype.
They are fragments in cloth and paper of people, instants, places and textures impregnated in Prussian blue.
The process of cyanotype is one of the oldest in the history of photography.
They are made by covering the watercolor paper or the fabric with a chemical sensitive to light that is exposed directly to the sun for several minutes using a negative of photography to achieve the best quality of the image. The print is washed and fixed to stop the chemical reaction and prevent fading.
This way you get an incredible Prussian blue image ... Without any ink!
